My own healing journey and my client practice has evolved over the years. What has remained as the red thread throughout is my passion for and fascination with our human body and the spiritual energetic light that lives within all of us.
Disconnection, distractions and old patterns can keep us stuck. We inadvertently cover up the light of our authentic self because of past experiences, conditioning, family/ancestral limitations and societal expectations.
When we can connect with our body in movement, meditation, Reiki or other mindfulness practices we remember our true essence. our lifeforce energy. Our great bright light.

Healing my own life-long digestive challenges became more complete, more whole when I began to explore the energetic and spiritual side of myself.
This exclusive and comprehensive session is a deep dive into your total wellness as a whole person. It’s my unique blend of health coaching, intuitive energy reading, and Reiki hands-healing to support you in discovering and unveiling your most radiant health.

A PEEK INTO MY PROCESS
Before your session…
1. Before our session together, I take time in meditation to connect with you and your soul to intuitively read your energy body while focusing on the physical, mental, or emotional health questions you answered at scheduling.
2. I meditate by reading your energy where I look for blocks, old patterns and chakra connections. I enter the Akashic Records and connect with your soul energy. I am looking at your higher purpose and how you can align with what your soul desires.
3. I write down what is coming through about your chakras, energetic blocks, and your soul’s messaging. I will also ask to be shown any healing or activation that you need during your session as well as any other messages you’re meant to receive.
During & after your session…
4. During the first half of our session together, I will share the messages I intuitively received for you and answer any additional questions you may have.
5. During the second half of your session, I will guide you in a Reiki hands-on healing to address energetic imbalances, stuck energy that is connected to your current challenges. This supports your physical body and energy body to come back into harmony.
6. After our session, you’ll receive a guided meditation specifically for you and journal prompts to help your body integrate the session energy.

Reiki Healing
Reiki is a traditional Japanese energy healing method that actives our body’s natural healing capabilities. Reiki is non-invasive. And it releases stagnant energy that gets built up in our body. Over time these blocks can cause dis-ease in the body.
Reiki helps you connect with your own inner power and wisdom, provides deep rejuvenation and stress relief.
In person sessions are 70 minutes. Remote sessions are 45 minutes.

A typical Reiki session involves a recipient lying down while the practitioner lightly places their hands on or near the body. In person treatments are in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. And distance healing is available for those not close by.

In this focused reading, I’ll connect to your soul’s energetics and intuitive Spirit Animal card pull related to your specific theme/question and receive divine messages and intuitive guidance to clarify your higher path forward.
This is a recorded session delivered to you. This is a fully remote service.

Sessions incorporate intuitive connection to your body’s needs while firmly grounded in the method of Romana’s Pilates.
